I specialize in neonatology, caring for infants and supporting their families through some of the earliest and most important moments of life. My approach centers on integrating the ideas and perspectives of families, as they are at the bedside most. I believe that working together leads to the best outcomes for our tiniest patients, and I strive to make sure families feel heard and involved every step of the way.
My inspiration to practice medicine came from a single, two-hour clinical experience in the NICU during my undergraduate program. I immediately fell in love with the patient population and realized it takes a special group of people willing to put their all into caring for the most vulnerable in healthcare. Helping children and their families as they navigate the very first steps of a baby's transition into the world is incredibly rewarding, and I am honored to be part of that journey.
Outside of work, I love to read, go to baseball games and play outside with my family.
