“Cincinnati Children’s values everyone who builds a career here, and we appreciate that their passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and families has again resulted in our being recognized as one of America’s Dream Employers,” said Steve Davis, MD, president and CEO. “Our commitment to being the best at getting better includes attracting and retaining innovative medical providers and scientists, who develop treatments and cures that benefit kids and families here and around the world. In addition, we empower all staff to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and mentorship. Together, we accomplish great things.”
Forbes and market research firm Statista compiled the ranking of America’s Dream Employers based on surveys of 10,000 U.S. college students and over 140,000 workers at companies with at least 1,000 employees. Students were asked which organization would be their “dream job,” and employees were asked whether they would recommend their own company to friends and family.
