IsoLight
The IsoLight is an automated cellular proteomic system that enables the simultaneous quantitation of a wide array of cytokines and mediators (up to 32) in a single cell from human and mouse samples. The instrument is also able to measure levels of specific proteins in serum or other fluids in small samples (11 ul). See the IsoPlexis website for more information.

Fees
IsoLight fees include the cost of loading the chip, the maintenance of the instrument and analyzing raw data. Pricing for internal clients can be found on Cincinnati Children's Pricing. For external clients, please contact us.
