Christopher Mayhew, PhD
Dr. Mayhew received his PhD from the University of Wolverhampton (UK) and post-doctoral training at the Universities of Kentucky and Cincinnati. The scientific focus of his work has been largely in the areas of cancer biology, experimental therapeutics and stem cell biology.
Amy Pitstick, MS
Amy received her BS from the University of Dayton and MS from Wright State University. The focus of her master’s thesis was protein expression and nuclear reorganization during muscle cell differentiation and the majority of her experience is in the areas of cellular and cancer biology. Amy manages all aspects of PSCF operations including iPSC production, organoid generation, and training.
iPSC Gene Editing Service Manager
Joe received his BS and MS degrees in biology from the University of Dayton. The focus of his graduate research was in the fields of microbiology and pulmonary immunology. Joe manages all aspects of the iPSC gene editing service and is responsible for developing and implementing novel CRISPR/Cas technologies in iPSCs.
Kyle MacKenzie, BS, AS
Kyle received his AS in bioscience technology at Cincinnati State and BS in biology from the University of Cincinnati. He currently works on iPSC Generation, Banking, and QC for CuSTOM.
Ishe is a graduate of Andrews University and joined the PSCF in 2021. His primary focus is genome editing of human iPSCs.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and joined the PSCF in 2022. Her main focus is iPSC generation and organoid production.
