The Single Cell Genomics Facility offers a variety of services, platforms, instruments and guidelines for successful data capture:

Single Cell Analysis

The SCGF utilizes 10x Genomics technology to perform single-cell RNA sequencing (mRNA-Seq), single-cell chromatin accessibility sequencing (ATAC-Seq), and single-cell Multiome sequencing (combining ATAC-Seq and RNA expression analysis).

Advanced Spatial Transcriptomics

The SCGF currently provides 10x Genomics whole-transcriptome single-cell resolution Spatial Transcriptomics services from both FFPE and frozen tissue samples. They are actively expanding their spatial platform to include panel-based in situ subcellular profiling for whole transcriptome validation.

Bulk RNA-Seq for Limited Samples

For projects with restricted starting RNA quantities, the SCGF offers RNA-Seq assays from Tecan Genomics, Takara, and Illumina.

Quality Checks: Tissue Block RNA

The SCGF isolates and checks the RNA quality of tissue scrolls from OCT or FFPE tissue blocks.

Quality Checks: RNA and DNA

The SCGF offers quality assessments for isolated and purified RNA and DNA.
