We Work with Our Families to Get the Best Results

The Rockdale Academy School-Based Health Center (SBHC) offers primary pediatric care for children from birth through adolescence, whether your child is sick, needs shots or just a check-up. To remain active, patients need to be seen on schedule for well child care. After three years without being seen, patients need to meet new patient criteria to re-join the practice.

The center is located in Rockdale Academy School at 335 Rockdale Ave., Cincinnati, OH, 45229. We're on the Metro bus line and offer on-site parking.
