As a clinical fellow specializing in pediatric cardiology and neonatal critical care medicine, I am passionate about caring for newborns and children with heart disease. I was drawn to this field by the incredible resilience I see in these young patients, and I cherish the opportunity to make a lifelong impact at the very start of life.
My approach to care is rooted in precision, compassion, and partnership with families. I strive to understand each patient’s unique physiology and provide evidence-based, individualized medicine. I know that facing a serious medical condition can be overwhelming, so I aim to bring clarity, empathy, and support to families during some of their most difficult moments.
My research interests focus on leveraging computational physiology—using real-time physiologic data to model the dynamic cardiovascular and respiratory state of neonates. By integrating bedside imaging, monitoring data, and machine learning, I hope to develop tools that enhance clinical decision-making, personalize treatment, and anticipate problems before they become critical.
I am honored to have received the Marshall Klaus Perinatal Research Award from the American Academy of Pediatrics, as well as several research and quality improvement awards. These recognitions reflect my commitment to advancing care for our youngest and most vulnerable patients.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my family, building 3D-printed toys with my daughter, and tinkering with mini engineering projects.
