I earned my MD and PhD from Case Western Reserve University in 2019 with a focus on breast cancer cell biology. I then found a new passion for pediatric GI and traveled to Cincinnati to complete my general pediatrics residency in 2022. I am currently finishing my clinical fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition with a focus on inflammatory bowel disease. I am especially interested in how the intestinal epithelial barrier contributes to the pathophysiology of inflammatory bowel disease. When not busy with research or clinic, I enjoy spending time with family and taking trips to Walt Disney World.
