I provide clinical care and support for pediatric patients admitted to the hospital. I enjoy working with children and strive to give pediatric patients their voice, allowing them to advocate for their own health. My goal is to empower families to work with care providers to promote the best care possible for their children.
I wanted to become a pediatric physician to work with families as well as patients. Pediatrics offers me the ability to educate and learn from my peers, my patients and their families. I always try to leave as few questions as possible unanswered when I leave the room.
As a researcher, I’m working to determine the best approach to teach other physicians how to provide excellent care. I am honored to have received the Paul C. Gaffney award in Pediatric Hospital Medicine, that’s awarded to a graduating resident in my class (2018).
When I'm not working, I love to cook Italian and Asian-inspired dishes. I'm a Peloton fanatic as well!
