About

Biography

I'm a physical therapist specializing in oncology, hematology and bone marrow transplant. I am dedicated, hardworking, collaborative and uniquely invested in improving patient outcomes. I take a symptoms-based approach in conjunction with my unique medical background as a board-certified Oncology Clinical Specialist to create a patient-centered care plan.

My interest in this work stems from my love for helping people. Working with patients and families during some of the most challenging days in their lives is an incredible honor. I love the opportunity to give patients and their families happy memories and make their oncology journey a bit brighter.

As a researcher, I focus on barriers to physical therapy in the acute care setting with the goal of optimizing patient outcomes. I am also a published author, extensively involved in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Oncology Section.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling and taking pictures.
