I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in developmental disabilities, aquatics and intensive physical therapy (PT) programs.
As a volunteer for a local hospital while in junior high, I discovered PT and loved the opportunity to work in various settings with people of all ages. Being around children has always brought me joy, and being a pediatric physical therapist allows me to "play" at work.
My care approach is patient- and family-centered. I may identify areas to be addressed by PT, but they must also be important to the child and their family to be effective. Working together as a team is the key to successful outcomes.
In my free time, I enjoy being outside and spending time with family.
