I believe that good communication is essential to patient care, and I take time to make sure my patients and their families understand the disease process and how it will be managed.

About

Biography

As a pediatric endocrinologist, I manage a wide range of disorders that affect puberty and growth. I specialize in the area of thyroid nodules and cancer and work closely with our ENT and nuclear medicine divisions for patient care. I also am a provider in our multidisciplinary neuro-oncology clinic as many cancer survivors are at risk of endocrine disorders due to their tumor and treatment.

I’m passionate about the health and well-being of each child and want to help each patient achieve a better quality of life. I believe that good communication is essential to patient care, and I take time to make sure my patients and their families understand the disease process and how it will be managed.

In addition to patient care, I’m also involved in research and trainee education.

In my free time, I enjoy music, painting and spending time with my family.
