Lauren Delgado, MSN, APRN-CNP

I am a family nurse practitioner (FNP) specializing in pediatric neurosurgery, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to every child and family I care for. My role spans both the inpatient and outpatient settings, allowing me to support patients throughout their entire care journey. Nothing brings me greater fulfillment than seeing my patients grow, improve and thrive.

My career at Cincinnati Children’s began as a co-op student and continued as a nurse on the neuroscience/trauma unit, where my passion for neurosurgery truly took root. Today, I serve as the advanced practice provider (APP) lead for the neurosurgery team, and I am honored to work alongside such talented, collaborative and compassionate colleagues.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and two children. I also love being outdoors, whether gardening or traveling to new places.
