I have worked with pediatric oncology patients for the past 21 years. I strive to treat everyone with dignity and respect and to help ease the journey of oncology patients and their families.
When I was growing up, I knew I wanted to be a nurse. My first position as a registered nurse (RN) was with pediatric oncology patients, and I knew I had found the right fit for me in my nursing career.
I started as an RN in another state in 2000. I relocated to Cincinnati Children’s in 2001 and worked as an RN in the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute clinic. In 2009, I became a nurse practitioner and worked in inpatient and outpatient with our oncology team. I’m currently a nurse practitioner with the leukemia and lymphoma team in our outpatient Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute clinic.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
