About

Biography

I’m an occupational therapist (OT) floater, providing inpatient services focused on general development, oral motor, orthopedic, rehabilitation, neuro/trauma, and caring for patients in the Cancer and Blood Disorder Institute (CBDI). I also provide outpatient services for general development concerns. I strive to be an active listener and empower families because they know their children best.

I completed the Pediatric Occupational Therapy Fellowship Program at Cincinnati Children’s. This program includes extensive training in developmental pediatrics, observing at multiple specialty clinics, participating in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND), working in our Therapeutic Interagency Program/Preschool (TIP), completing research and maintaining an outpatient caseload.

My goal is to provide family-centered care and to use the Person-Environment-Occupation (PEO) model to work towards patients feeling successful in their meaningful occupations. Children are so resilient and powerful. They inspire me to be a better person every single day.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy running, reading and spending time with my dog.
