As a licensed pediatric behavioral health therapist, I provide care for children, teens and young adults through age 21 who may be experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation challenges, school-related stress, social difficulties or behavioral concerns. I understand how overwhelming it can feel for both children and parents when emotions become difficult to manage alone.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where children and families feel heard, understood and supported. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, I help patients build practical skills to manage emotions, navigate challenges and gain confidence. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, providing tools and strategies to support their child’s emotional well-being at home, at school and in social settings.
I believe that mental health challenges are common and manageable with the right support. I am dedicated to helping families build resilience, develop healthy coping skills and find hope through every stage of their journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy DanceFix classes, spending time with my husband and two daughters and being close to family. Having grown up on Cincinnati’s east side and spent time living in Chicago and San Antonio, I ultimately returned home because being close to family was a priority. As both a therapist and a parent, I understand the joys and challenges of raising children and bring that perspective into my work with every family I meet.
