As a cardiology fellow, I specialize in all aspects of the heart. I was drawn to cardiology, and pediatric medicine in particular, because of the interplay between science, research and humanity. My patient care philosophy involves using a family-centered approach. It is important to me that my patients and their loved ones are involved in medical decision-making. I feel privileged to work at Cincinnati Children’s, where I have the opportunity to serve patients and families across the world.
My research focuses on patients with neuromuscular diseases, particularly those with a diagnosis of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. My goal is to help improve cardiac outcomes in patients with this condition.
When I’m not working, I enjoy running and staying active with my fiancé. We also love to travel and explore new cultures and food from around the globe.
