I have always had an interest in pediatrics as well as oncology. I began my career at Cincinnati Children’s as a registered nurse working on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit for four years before becoming an advanced practice registered nurse. That experience showed me the resiliency and bravery of children battling cancer. I’m honored to continue my work with these children and families as a nurse practitioner board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
My approach to patient care centers on an attitude of inclusion. I want my patients and their caregivers to feel educated and empowered to understand their diagnosis and how we are treating it. I also want them to feel supported and heard.
When I’m not working, I like reading and baking. I love spending time outside with my two children and husband. We enjoy family hikes, game nights and taking adventures to national parks!
