I am a clinical fellow specializing in pediatric infectious diseases (ID). I help diagnose and treat a range of infections in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I was drawn to ID for its wide variety and problem-solving, as well as the role of educating patients, families, and other healthcare providers about infections and opportunities for infection prevention. In my practice, I aim to provide evidence-based care for the nuances of each child.
My research interests focus on the optimal use of diagnostic tests (i.e. ensuring that tests are ordered and interpreted for the right patient at the right time) to improve patient outcomes.
When not at work, I enjoy trying new restaurants, traveling, reading and doing jigsaw puzzles.
