About

Biography

I am a social worker and mental health therapist providing short-term therapeutic services to families at our Liberty Primary Care location. I treat a wide range of mental health issues often seen in pediatric patients, including behavioral problems, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety and depression. I also help with crisis management.

My interest in supporting others comes from my life experiences and being inspired by those who helped me through challenging times. I’m passionate about working with children and their families. I seek to identify solutions that give them hope that positive changes can happen in their lives.

I am solution-focused, and my care approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Because involved parents are important to the therapeutic process, I aim to empower children and their caregivers to work together to address and overcome challenges. I also support growth and overall wellness by fostering resilience, enhancing coping skills and promoting positive family interactions.

It is my honor to have been given the Collaboration Award (2021, 2023).

I'm a Cincinnati native and a lover of animals and nature. I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two small children and our four dogs. I also like hiking, boating, camping, yoga, crafting and traveling.
