I am a pediatric emergency medicine specialist who provides patient-centered care. I listen to understand patients' concerns and work with families to ensure we provide the most appropriate care to obtain the best outcomes.
I chose pediatrics because I always loved working with kids during medical school. Whenever I was around children, I gravitated toward them and enjoyed the opportunity to help them and make a difference in their lives.
My work as a researcher is focused on health equity and improving technology use in healthcare to improve patient care.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy puzzles (crosswords, jigsaw and word searches), hiking and long walks.
