I am a clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based individual and group interventions for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disabilities and other mental health concerns. My practice combines behavioral (applied behavioral analysis) and cognitive behavioral therapies, with a strong focus on skill acquisition and parent training. I also enjoy leading child and parent group therapies, where supportive communities are built between peers and caregivers.
When working with families, I believe in honoring their strengths, experiences, voices and expertise. Children and adolescents are part of families, schools, and communities, and I strive to meet families where they are to ensure treatments are realistic and manageable. My goal is to collaborate and encourage families to find solutions that work not only in the clinic but also at home. Incorporating each family’s culture and values into treatment is an integral part of my approach.
My passion for supporting and advocating for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities was inspired by a close family member. Growing up, I witnessed how others misunderstood their thoughts and experiences, often viewing differences as something to be “fixed.” This sparked a fire in me to change that narrative and led me to pursue a career as a clinical psychologist.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my dogs, baking, taking photos, going on walks, and practicing yoga. I also enjoy catching up on the latest movies and TV shows and spending time with friends and family.
