About

Biography

As a pediatric gastroenterology fellow at Cincinnati Children's, I care for children with a broad range of gastrointestinal disorders. My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that considers the whole child rather than focusing on a single symptom or diagnosis. After fellowship, I plan to pursue a career in pediatric neurogastroenterology and motility.

In addition to my clinical interests in pediatric neurogastroenterology and motility, I am actively involved in clinical research. My current research focuses on very early-onset inflammatory bowel disease (VEO-IBD), with an emphasis on improving our understanding of its clinical presentation, disease course, and histopathologic features to help advance the care of young children with these complex conditions.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy exercising, traveling, photography and spending time with my family and friends.

MD: Universidad Iberoamericana School of Medicine, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Residency: Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Miami, FL

Certifications: American Board of Pediatrics, 2024
