I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and excited to be an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider at Cincinnati Children’s. I provide solution-focused care to help families address the mental and behavioral health concerns of their children and adolescents.
My approach to care emphasizes honesty and transparency, collaborative decision-making and empowering families to build on their strengths.
I appreciate the variety of concerns that I encounter in primary care and the opportunity to be creative and find solutions that are individualized for each family while being grounded in evidenced-based treatments. I have a particular interest in working with anxiety, ADHD, emotion regulation skills, sleep difficulties, and teaching parents skills to enhance their relationship with their children.
During graduate school, I gained valuable training experience in a school and in an integrated care clinic, which taught me the benefits of working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. I spent several years working in community mental health in rural Oregon before returning to integrated care. What I value most about integrated care is the ability to identify and intervene early when concerns arise.
In my free time I enjoy exploring new places, taking nature walks and reading in the company of cats.
