I am deeply committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to my patients and their families. My passion for medicine is rooted in a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. I believe that excellence in healthcare is achieved not only through clinical expertise but also through continuous learning and collaboration.
My interest in pediatrics stems from the profoundly collaborative nature of the field. I am drawn to the unique partnership formed between physicians, patients and families, as well as the supportive, collegial environment that defines pediatric care. During the first week of my pediatrics rotation in my third year of medical school, I felt an immediate sense of belonging. It became clear to me that this was where I was meant to be. I cannot envision a career that would bring me greater fulfillment than one dedicated to the health and well-being of children.
As a lifelong learner, I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of medical advancements. Equally important to me is the opportunity to educate and mentor future healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of growth, curiosity, and shared purpose. By investing in both personal development and the education of others, I aim to contribute to a healthcare system that is ever evolving and consistently improving.
During medical school, I was honored to be elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society and received the Luther W. Holloway Award in recognition of my commitment and service to the field of pediatrics. As a resident physician, I was further recognized with the Resident Teacher of the Year Award by the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine for excellence in medical education.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, exploring the many fun and unique experiences Cincinnati has to offer. One of my favorite hobbies is cooking—especially perfecting my Neapolitan pizza recipe. It's been a years-long passion project using my Ooni oven and authentic Italian flour to create the perfect pizza.
