About Me

Biography

As a pediatric psychologist, I provide psychological treatment for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional and defiant behaviors, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I work together with my patients and their families to help them achieve their goals.

I was inspired to become a psychologist and work with children by my parents, a teacher and a psychologist. My experiences volunteering with adolescents and young adults with developmental disabilities also influenced my career choice.

In my practice, I take a very collaborative approach to patient care that relies on the full participation of patients and their families. I believe that treatment is most effective when patients and their families have active roles as equal members of the treatment team.

When I’m not helping patients, I enjoy spending time playing with my kids, hiking with my family and trying new restaurants around the city.
