As a mother of a child who spent time at Cincinnati Children’s, I was inspired by his amazing caregivers. This experience motivated me to return to school and become a nurse.
I work in pediatric critical care as a nurse practitioner. My patients are extremely ill, and their families are under a tremendous amount of stress. I try to provide the type of care that I would want for my family and me and to show kindness and understanding in their time of need.
I’m very family-oriented, and in my free time, I like to spend time with my grown children and grandchildren. I also love to cruise and go to the Caribbean every January.
