I'm an outpatient cardiology clinical pharmacy specialist. I manage our Heart Institute Anticoagulation Program and am a member of the Pulmonary Hypertension, Fontan, Interstage and Adult Congenital Heart Disease teams. I assist providers and families with medication issues and the dosing and titration of pediatric cardiac medications.
