My clinical specialty is cancer survivorship. In addition to providing screening for late effects in cancer survivors, I enjoy focusing on the patient as a whole, including mental health and their needs as an individual.
I have treated children, adolescents and young adults in the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute at Cincinnati Children's since 2006. I take care of cancer survivors and have also taken care of patients with solid tumors and blood cancers both in and out of the hospital.
Working in the medical field has been my goal for as long as I can remember. Children have always been inspirational to me because of their resiliency despite life's challenges. I also have a strong interest in the child welfare system and have cared for children in foster care since 2015. I currently volunteer as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA).
In my free time, I enjoy being outside and spending time with my young son.
