I’m a clinical neuropsychologist treating children, adolescents and young adults with neurodevelopmental and medical conditions that may impact the brain and cognition. I take a collaborative and individualized approach when working with patients and their families during the neuropsychological evaluation process. I aim to better understand each child's unique strengths and weaknesses and offer helpful recommendations for the child's various environments, such as within the home, school and community.
My interest in how the brain works began at a young age when I saw the importance of accurate and timely diagnosis and intervention for family members. My passion for brain-behavior relationships and working with children grew as a special education teacher. In this role, I taught children with diverse challenges and provided accommodations and interventions focused on student's specific strengths and weaknesses. This experience gave me a unique perspective on neurodevelopmental conditions, learning and educational supports.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. I love watching sporting events, running and baking.
