I provide therapy and psychological evaluation services at Cincinnati Children’s Eastgate. Some of my treatment areas include trauma, depression, anxiety, social skills, and communication skills. Additionally, I enjoy working with teens who are navigating intense emotions, harmful coping strategies, interpersonal challenges, and/or symptoms of borderline personality disorder.
Regarding psychological testing, I’m deeply committed to delivering high-quality psychological evaluations because I understand how powerful diagnostic clarity can be—it offers comfort, access to resources, and a clear path toward targeted treatment.
My clinical approach is collaborative. I believe the best care comes from tailoring evidence-based techniques to each person’s unique needs and cultural background, all within a supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm and encouraging space where individuals feel safe to be themselves, while also learning practical skills that foster meaningful progress.
My training includes an APA-accredited post-doctoral fellowship through the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship with the National Psychology Training Consortium (NPTC), and graduate practicum experience through Emory Healthcare systems.
My clinical background spans inpatient assessment and interdisciplinary care for youth, outpatient therapy for all ages (individual and group), family therapy, crisis stabilization, psychological evaluations across the lifespan, neuropsychological evaluations for adults, and integrated primary care. I’ve also completed professional training in DBT foundational skills with Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants and the Incredible Years Parent Group Leader Training.
Outside of work, I love staying active, spending time in nature, cooking for loved ones, exploring new places, reading, and hanging out with my miniature schnauzer.
