Holly Siefring, DPT

As a physical therapist, I provide patients with the tools necessary to build strength, range of motion and stability to progress into safe, playful activities in their everyday life. Movement is a critical component of health, weight and pain management. Mobility also improves one's mental health and provides opportunities to excel physically, mentally and emotionally.

Throughout my schooling, I sought volunteer opportunities with the pediatric community. Being involved in the Ballet Moves program, Be.Well running team and Be.Well bike camp, I helped children gain strength and confidence as they challenged themselves in all areas of physical fitness regardless of their abilities. This community inspired me because each individual gained friends and health benefits while enjoying their local community.

My patient care approach involves listening to each patient and their loved ones so I can provide the best plan to meet their needs. It's important to me to give patients and their caregivers time to discuss their goals so we can collaborate in the patient's best interest. I hope to build connections with children here at Cincinnati Children's to promote strong, confident children who are eager to take on life’s obstacles.

In my free time, I enjoy sightseeing and visiting local restaurants. I love trying new food from various cultures and learning about the origins of traditions.
