About

Biography

I’m a pediatric endocrinologist treating hormonal disorders, including disorders of puberty, growth, thyroid and diabetes. I treat each child and situation uniquely, with a patient-centered approach to care. I welcome questions during patient encounters as I feel outcomes are best when the provider and patient are on the same page.

I have always had a drive to improve children’s health. I find the endocrine system particularly intriguing and continue to learn from every patient I see. My calling in endocrinology allows me to care for patients over time and make long-term relationships with families and patients.

My research focuses on studying disorders of the pancreas as it relates to pancreatitis and the overlap between the endocrine and exocrine systems.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis and exploring new restaurants.
