I love pediatric pulmonology because I can significantly impact the quality of children’s lives. Nothing is better than helping children breathe better so they can accomplish all of their goals.

About

Biography

As a pediatric pulmonologist, I treat patients with asthma and other various lung diseases. I practice patient-centered care by listening to families, identifying what is most important to them and addressing their concerns to the best of my ability. I work to serve patients and families by providing the best possible care. I love pediatric pulmonology because I can significantly impact the quality of children’s lives. Nothing is better than helping children breathe better so they can accomplish all of their goals.

My research aims to identify barriers to care, improve health equity and improve pulmonary health outcomes for minority populations.

When not working, I love being outdoors — biking, gardening and hiking. I also enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.
