As a staff psychologist, I treat children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders. I work with a team of people (including psychologists and behavior health specialists) to provide behaviorally orientated outpatient treatment for individuals who engage in unsafe or problematic behaviors. I strive to provide evidence-based treatment and best practices to children and adolescents with moderate to severe behavioral challenges. I use applied behavior analysis (ABA) and my training as a scientist-practitioner in my approach to family-centered care.

During my undergraduate studies, I was a counselor in the Summer Treatment Program through the Center for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at Cincinnati Children’s. This is where I fell in love with behavioral treatment and working with children and their families.

I aim to find a behavioral treatment that works at home for the family and not just in the clinic. I value data-driven and evidence-based behavioral assessments and interventions. Overall, I strive to decrease challenging behaviors and increase adaptive replacement behaviors while improving the patient's and their family's quality of life.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also like trying new recipes, biking, walking my dogs and traveling.
