Emergency Parking
The Emergency Department/Urgent Care (ED/UC) parking garage is located at 3401 Burnet Avenue, to the left of the ED/UC entrance.
ED visitors may enter through the automatic gates and proceed to the nearest parking spot.
Our ED/UC garage has limited space. Help us reserve parking for our families with urgent needs by parking in the Visitor Garage if you have a scheduled appointment.
If your child is admitted to the hospital following an ED/UC visit, please move your vehicle to the Visitor Garage after admission. Visitor Garage parking is available 24/7 for all patients and families at no cost.
Visitor Parking
Visitor Garage parking is free to all patients and families.
The Visitor Garage is located at 3333 Burnet Avenue. Upon entering, proceed down the driveway and turn left into the underground garage.
Parking spaces may be limited during peak times. Please add 20 minutes to your estimated travel time to ensure timely arrival to your appointment.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available for all patients and families at the Burnet Campus main entrance circle located at 3333 Burnet Ave. Valet parking hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. The cost is $5 per car.
Cincinnati Children's Burnet Campus furnishes a variety of special needs access and entries into buildings. Please feel free to use our Valet Service even if you have an oversized van or if your child has special needs.
Finding Your Way Around the Parking Garage
Once inside of the parking garage, signs are posted to assist visitors in locating entrances to the medical center. Please park in the first available space you can find.
Many ADA spaces and wheelchair lift accessible parking spaces are available close to each elevator lobby.
After you have parked your vehicle, please take note of where your car is. Our visitor garage has two levels for our visitors – P2 and P3. Please remember the elevator you took to access the medical center concourse. Each elevator lobby is numbered and painted with a different animal to help you remember where you parked. Paper tear away maps will be available to you at each elevator lobby inside the garage to help you remember where you are.
