Cincinnati Children’s again ranked among America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes

Cincinnati Children’s has again been named one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes. Of the 700 companies recognized, Cincinnati Children’s ranked No. 55 nationally – in the top 8% across all industries. In addition, Cincinnati Children’s was among the top six pediatric health systems to make the list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2026.

With over 19,300 employees and 1.7 million patient encounters annually, Cincinnati Children’s is the largest health system in Southwest Ohio. This marks the eighth year Cincinnati Children’s has made the Forbes list.

Forbes and market research firm Statista compiled the latest ranking of America’s Best Large Employers based on a survey of over 217,000 people working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. The survey evaluated employees’ assessments on things such as Atmosphere & Development, Salary & Wage, Company Image, Culture, Working Conditions and Workplace Environment.
