Ordering From the Gift Shop
The Gift Shop offers free delivery of gifts to patient rooms. We are happy to help you select the perfect gift from our large selection of items for all ages.
Ordering Information
- If you would like assistance selecting and ordering a gift, contact the Gift Shop at our Burnet Campus at 513-636-4310.
- You can also fax your order by downloading an order form and faxing it to the Gift Shop at 513-636-4118.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for phone orders.
- If a specific balloon design is not available, we will substitute a design with a similar theme.
Order Processing
- Orders will be delivered at the earliest opportunity after we verify the patient's room assignment.
- We will notify you if a patient can’t be located or has been discharged before delivery.
Delivery Information
- Deliveries can be made to the Burnet and Liberty Campuses.
- There is no charge for delivery.
- Orders received after 4:30 pm weekdays may be delivered the following day.
- The gift shop is closed on all major holidays.
Hospital / Medical Restrictions
- Latex balloons are not permitted in the hospital.
- Some patients may not be able to enjoy food gifts, due to medical dietary restrictions.
- If your loved one has special restrictions while at Cincinnati Children’s, our sales specialists will work with you to select a safe, appropriate gift.
- We must have the patient's first and last name to locate their room assignment. We prioritize the safety and privacy of the patients.
