Research and Program Development to Improve Healthcare Navigation
I lead research and program development to improve healthcare navigation across the lifespan for people with disabilities. This includes enhancing service delivery, care coordination, and transition support; overseeing a Down syndrome biobank; and designing post-secondary training in lab techniques to support future employment. My work centers on improving outcomes for children and families through systems-level reform, family navigation, and inclusive healthcare innovation.
Other Interests
I am deeply invested in advancing the strategic operations and visibility of Research Shared Facilities (RSFs). My work explores how federal funding structures impact RSF sustainability, and how institutional policies can better support equitable access and resource optimization. I focus on improving the discoverability of tools and services housed within RSFs, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning shared infrastructure with evolving research needs. This interest reflects a broader commitment to elevating RSFs as essential engines of innovation, collaboration, and institutional resilience.
