How to Work With Us
To begin working with us, please complete this intake form.
Completion of this form does not substitute for IRB or IACUC approval. IRB, IACUC and the Department of Radiology approval are required before study activities can begin. You will be notified when the Department of Radiology approves your resource request.
Accessing Our Facility
For regular visits (multiple times per month), email help-cores@bmi.cchmc.org to request contingent worker badging (allow 2–4 weeks).
For infrequent visits, schedule with the shared facility and remain escorted outside the facility at all times.
