I offer solution-focused brief therapy for children and adolescents at Kenwood Crossing Primary Care, with a focus on anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns and behavior problems. My background includes trauma-focused treatment for child abuse victims, and I’ve enjoyed expanding my work at Cincinnati Children’s to help kids and families facing a wide variety of challenges. I’m passionate about balancing the science and art of therapy, and I strive to create an environment of acceptance and warmth for every patient and family I meet.
What inspires me most about working with children is their enthusiasm for life and their incredible resilience. My hope is that, through early intervention, I can help change each child’s trajectory for the better. As a data enthusiast, I value evidence-based practice and am committed to using proven approaches to support your child’s mental health and well-being.
Outside of work, I love reading, baking fancy desserts, and playing piano. I’m a big fan of rewatching my favorite shows and can quote a relevant line from The Office for almost any situation. Board games are another favorite pastime, and I’m part of an ongoing Dungeons & Dragons campaign.
