I'm a pathologist assistant specializing in surgical pathology. I work behind the scenes in the lab, handling and dissecting the biopsies and organs removed during surgery. The pathologist is then able to examine the specimen and make a diagnosis.

I've been interested in anatomy and pathology for as long as I can remember. I love that every patient and case is different, and no two days at work are the same. I've worked in pathology for over 14 years and still learn something new every day.
