Developing novel computational methods and software tools to support single cell multi-omics data analysis and integration for scientific discovery or to facilitate data management, access, and visualization; Applying expertise in computations, bioinformatics and single-cell multiomic data analysis to study important questions in lung development and diseases, including perinatal lung maturation and lung adaptation at birth, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, mucinous adenocarcinoma of the lung, lymphangioleiomyomatosis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, cystic fibrosis, and alveolar capillary dysplasia
