About

Biography

I’m an occupational therapist (OT) specializing in outpatient hand therapy, hypermobility and general development. I strive to help children and their families feel comfortable and well cared for while instilling in them the confidence and tools to manage their condition and thrive in their community. I am a member of the Hand Team at Cincinnati Children's, and I participate in several hand clinics working alongside a team of other providers.

My desire to be an OT comes from wanting to help people live more meaningful lives. As a young adult, I sustained a hand injury that required OT treatment. This experience showed me the impact that an injury or disability could have on one's life. I knew I wanted to pursue a life of service to others, specifically working with children and their families.

I am honored to have received a Service Award from the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association (OOTA) based on my service contributions to the profession of OT and the association (2022). I also received the Occupational Therapy Program Community Impact Award from the University of Cincinnati for my contributions to the local OT community (2021).

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and taking my dog for walks at local parks.
