Anna Hood, PhD, graduated with honors in psychology from California State University San Marcos. She is a former NIGMS MARC scholar and was the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Dean’s Award. Anna completed her graduate work at Washington University in St. Louis and was a recipient of the Chancellor’s Fellowship and a NIH F31 Pre-doctoral Fellowship. She was inducted into the Edward A. Bouchet Honor Society in 2016. She completed her clinical psychology internship at Children’s Minnesota. She will begin a 3-year NIH F32 Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2018.
