I am a pediatric psychologist in the Division of Neurology at Cincinnati Children’s, where I work within the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center and the BRAIN Health and Wellness Center. My focus is on supporting children, adolescents and young adults who are living with neurological conditions such as epilepsy, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and concussion. I am part of a multidisciplinary team that includes neurologists, sports medicine and rehabilitation doctors, nurses, social workers and school specialists. Together, we strive to provide the most comprehensive care possible for our patients.
Having a chronic illness or brain injury can be difficult, and my job is to help children and families ensure that these challenges do not stand in the way of accomplishing their goals. I use a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, working closely with patients and families to help them function in ways that matter most to them. My passion lies in helping kids adjust to chronic illness and brain injury, with a focus on maximizing their abilities and supporting their journey toward wellness.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—including our dog—trying new restaurants and cheering on Cincinnati sports, especially the Bengals. Who Dey!
