I love working with athletes and getting them back to the activities they enjoy, especially youth athletes, as there is so much potential!

About

Biography

I’m a physical therapist (PT) with a special interest in sports medicine. My goal is to provide individualized care that is focused on the patient and their goals. The patient determines what they want from therapy, and I’m here to assist them as much as possible. My clinical interests include running, return-to-sport, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rehabilitation and throwing. I enjoy all sports, especially football, soccer, running and softball.

My inspiration to become a physical therapist stems from interactions with my mom and the physical therapists that she works with. As a kid, I spent a lot of time with her at work and saw how impactful physical therapy can be for so many people. Becoming an athletic trainer allowed me to get started in the world of sports, where I truly found my passion. I love working with athletes and getting them back to the activities they enjoy, especially youth athletes, as there is so much potential!

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors and keeping active, as well as reading, listening to most kinds of music, cooking/baking, and spending time with friends and family. My favorite things to bake are pies and muffins. As a Michigan native, I love being by the water and spending time at the lakes.
