Kimberly Luebbe, RN II, BSN, CPN

I’m a nurse coordinator working with patients who have pulmonary hypertension. I also work alongside the pulmonary hypertension (PH) team, conducting research on adolescent mental health and drug studies.

I fell in love with cardiology after completing my co-op rotation on the acute care cardiology unit while obtaining my undergraduate nursing degree. After working with inpatients for five years, I was ready for a change and transitioned to my current outpatient role within the PH team.

I enjoy helping others and forming relationships with our patients and their families. We provide comprehensive care, and various PH team members are available to help families navigate all aspects of their condition.
