My clinical specialty is pediatric infectious diseases. I like working to improve someone's health in whatever way I can. Treating an infectious disease (ID) is unlike treating any other condition.

As an ID specialist provider, I have the unique opportunity to return patients to their typical level of health before they were afflicted. When I appropriately diagnose and treat their infections to the best of my ability, patients can function as they usually do. Pursuing the correct diagnosis and the best treatment available is challenging, but I genuinely enjoy it.

I want to help improve pediatric infectious disease diagnosis, treatment and hospital management systems for more efficient and effective patient care. My aim is to improve the quality of their care while in the hospital.
