Please note:

Online scheduling for Audiology is available to patients 0–21 years old.

This tool can schedule Audiology Evaluations (Hearing Tests) for patients who live in Ohio.

• You and your child live outside of Ohio or
• Your child has already been diagnosed with hearing loss and needs an appointment for hearing loss treatment or management.
• Your child needs a Central Auditory Processing Evaluation (a specialized test to see how the brain processes sounds and speech — usually after a hearing test shows normal hearing).
• Your child needs an evaluation for Tinnitus or Misophonia. (Tinnitus is ringing or buzzing in the ears; Misophonia is strong reactions to certain sounds — typically after a hearing test shows normal hearing.)
